I love the themed buffets! Today's was very good, and it made me a little homesick for Mi Cocina and El Fenix back home. These people are geniuses when it comes to cutting fruit and vegetables!
The chips and salsa table was quite exotic. No run of the mill chips, but fresh made chips made from vegetables and either bananas or plantains, I couldn't tell.
