There was a tea party tonight in the Palm Court on deck 12. Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, and all the rest of the Wonderland characters had a merry time making nonsense and going on about nothing.
Two sisters – Gabardine and Crinoline – were there too, ridiculing each other and generally making a scene. You know how sisters are!
The wait staff is fabulous, and as I’ve said, they treat you like family. I will miss them when I return home. Who will place my napkin in my lap, pour my cappuccino and pick up my dishes back in Fort Worth? Most of all, I will miss their smiles and friendly greetings. They play a major role in making this cruise so special. As a group they are one of Crystal Cruise’s best assets.
