Fancy Food

Some of the galley staff spend literally all night slicing and dicing in preparation for the next day’s meals. Today was the Asia Café Luncheon Buffet and their handiwork was everywhere. Oh, yes, there was an ice carving, too, just across from the roast suckling pig.
I was most impressed by the little apple-bird that was used to decorate one of the canapé trays the waiters carried during our Virtuoso party this evening.

Tonight, there was a concert by “Cello Diva” Sarah Jessica Maer. I didn’t know what to expect since the program mentioned she has an electric cello, but once again I was pleasantly surprised. She played Bach, rock and everything in between. My favorite was her final number, and Irish jig with a rock beat – think Riverdance.

We’ve been told the weather for tomorrow’s visit to Montevideo will be perfect. Just like everything else with Crystal!
